Green Thumbs Up!
posted by Tori on | 16 Comments - Post a comment
Since the start of spring you may have been contemplating planting some perennials or an herb garden. And you might be wondering what to plant them in that will look stylish but still maintain some convenience. Well thanks to the Charles Street Planter you can enjoy having a green thumb without much effort.

My favorite thing about the Charles Street Planter is its size. It fits perfectly on a small outdoor table making it so easy to have a herb garden. You will appear to be a seasoned gardener with a green thumb when you start planting fresh cilantro or rosemary in your planter.

The Charles Street Planter is designed carefully to reflect the historic character of Charleston ironwork. It also works wonderfully on an entryway console table as a catchall. Or line it with fabric, like burlap or coconut fiber, and fill with fresh blooms for a striking centerpiece. No matter what you decide to do with the planter the possibilities will remain endless.

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this piece. I have several. It fits over a deck railing perfectly. I'm an avid herb gardener and love going out to my deck and picking off fresh basil, mint or cilantro depending on what I'm cooking. I keep buying these to give as gifts and end up keeping it for myself.
It definitely is a beautiful planter with a gorgeous finish. I have 2 in use inside my house (in the kitchen with canisters, and in the laundry / mud room as a catch all). Perhaps it is time to stretch my ungreen thumb and use it as a planter :)
Charleston is one of my favorite cities, and this piece certainly lives up to its beautiful roots. Can't wait to pop some plants in, which may be this week. The sun is finally shining in Seattle!
I need to have this! I LOVE it, and I love to grow fresh herbs, especially mint for those fresh Mojitos that you can offer when friends just drop in!
Absolutely one of the most amazing Willow House creations!! The old world charm of this piece fits the indoor or outdoor; it would be lovely on your patio with miniature Alberta Spruces or as a centerpiece on your dining room table with fresh flowers in it!!! That's just for starters....
This planter is the perfect size for my kids and I to plant herbs in this spring - and the planter would protect the herbs from the squirrels and chipmunks outside!
i love this with large globes and candles, or several candles of various sizes. put a piece of glass in the back and it sparkles! great for upcoming patio parties!
I plan to tuck some fun lttle pots in it filled with herbs this year. I also have another one that I entertain with to corral items on my outside bar with my ice bucket and bottles of liquor...hee hee! You can also use it as a caddy for our Belle Meade Canisters for more impact on your kitchen counter. You can also turn it upside down to create height on your buffet table to place bowls with dips, etc. I have even seen it in a large bathroom where there is space behind a spa tub with rolled up towels, toiletries and a plant. Line a few of them with fun fabic for a kid's playroom to hide little toys, books and other odds and ends. Maybe I'll even use it for what it is meant for....a planter!!!!
Love this piece. I don't own it yet, but probably need to think about getting it and using as a display centerpiece.
I just love this planter. The color is neutral but oh so yummy! Herbs are wonderful, but I can definitely picture adding even more color with some beautiful flowers!
So Beautiful with endless options. Once I get this piece, I would showcase it on my front porch with ivys and shamrocks ♥
i am using these as window boxes on my brick front colonial....i love them and will be getting more for the deck out back..filled with herbs!!
This is one piece I don't have and would love to. I have always envisioned it as a place to grow herbs and just reach out the back door to pick some. It really has so many uses that I can see once I do have my first one I will likely "need" several more!!!
I love this piece and it's color goes anywhere. I hope it will fit my CD collection. How about using it as a hanging planter too?
Love this planter! So versatile, I'm not sure exactly where I would use it. Maybe on the picnic table outside. Maybe on a window ledge! It is beautiful!
This is a beautiful planter and I'm going to need several to plant herbs and flowers in.
