Josh

Josh is the kind of cook who likes a challenge. He's frantic, easily distractible, and loves to get creative in the kitchen. Sure, this sometimes ends in disaster -- but he always shows up to work the next day with a sample and a story.

And Josh definitely knows how to tell a good story -- he's the other half of our copywriting team and he's our lead videographer. If you've ever read his irreverent cooking blog, kitchenmischief.com, you'll share our excitement that he's agreed to write for Plate & Pattern as well.

Alison : Creative Director

Whoever said you can't be in two places at once doesn't know Alison (or her iPhone). She directs every shot on location, coordinates projects at the Home Office, talks with Bill and Robin about major policy issues, and styles casual flower arrangements for everyone in the office -- all at the same time.

Alison's cat, Aubie, and dog, Monty, love running circles around her in the cottage she shares with her husband, Robert.

Celie : Senior Art Director and Brand Manager

If you want to see Celie's work, check out the Willow House logo. Or our catalog. Or our food packaging. Or almost anything that we print. She can work absolute magic with a few fonts and a color palette -- around the office, we call her the InDesign Whisperer.

Celie loves to get away to the beach with her husband, Bo, and their two young boys, Ethan and Will.

Laurel : Director of Design

As our head product designer, Laurel has to learn about current trends, anticipate new ones, balance the needs of our customers, and add that touch of artistry and magic that makes our products unique. Lucky for us, she's a genius -- at least, we think she must be, because she holds it all together seamlessly and stylishly.

After a long afternoon sketching with her colored pencils or meeting with vendors, Laurel goes home to her husband, Brady, and her baby girl, Lollie.
